Wow, look like Simple Mobile isn’t taking the new competition lying down, they’ve just made their unlimited plan even better. Now for $40/month, you’ll get unlimited calls, text, and 3G data. This is the cheapest unlimited plan on any carrier, so it’s one sweet deal.
Simple Mobile runs on the T-Mobile network, so you’ll have nationwide coverage. Keep in mind that only 3G data is included, so you won’t get the 4G speed from T-Mobile. However, 3G should be more than adequate for normal use. Do keep in mind that we have heard from commenters that Simple Mobile will throttle your data speed down to 2G if you hit 2 Gigabyte or more a month. No confirmed but something to watch out for.
