the title was not a question, and not a factual answer as well to the popular question “When is the next Galaxy releasing ?”.
According to Eldar Murtazin, the S5′s release date is 23rd February ’14 in Barcelona, a day before the Mobile World Congress kicks off. Sales is expected to begin around the end of April. Here’s what he Tweeted on the 21st of January ’14 –

Eldar Murtazin has a good history of making accurate predictions; he’s the same guy who made the correct prediction of the S4 launch date last year.
Internet leaker evleaks posted a photo of what seems to be the home screen of the S5 on the 19th January –
It resembles the tiles of Microsoft’s Windows Phone OS and cards of Google Now, but with the tiles equally sized and stacked one above another. evleaks had leaked another picture of the next-gen Touchwiz interface, which shows both the traditional Android Interface, as well as the tiles layout –
As for the hardware of the S5, the display is expected to be 5.25 inches, with a resolution of 2560 x 1440 and pixel density of astonishing 560 ppi. The processor should be the next-gen Snapdragon or Exynos with a higher magnitude of clock speed than that of the S4 with 3 GB of RAM, a 3000 mAh battery and a 20 megapixel camera.
There were earlier reports of a 16 megapixel camera onboard the S5, but newer reports claim it’s the 20 megapixel instead. The S5 is said to record 4K video, that is of resolution in the magnitudes crossing 4000 pixels, which is a biggie. The S5 is expected to maintain it’s plastic build, rather than going for a metallic body, like the iPhone’s.
The Korea Herald has stated that a fingerprint sensor may be added as well to the S5. The sensor is claimed to be located below the display, so users will have to place their fingers on the screen for say, unlocking their smartphone. There were rumors of an iris-scanner that scans the users eyes, for functions like unlocking the phone, but it’s unlikely that the eye-scanning sensor will be added, owing to the fact that an additional camera will be required for the specific purpose of scanning the eyes, along with the discomfort caused for scanning one’s eyes during activities like say, driving or sleeping.

According to the latest reports from Korea, one of the main features offered by the Galaxy S5 will be multi-hovering capabilities. The new touch-free gesture solution offered by Synaptics has allowed Samsung to develop new applications that take advantage of 2-point hovering technology. Additionaly, the accuracy and detection has greatly improved, and sources say that the device will be capable of receiving hovering input from a distance of 15 mm to 30 mm.
The alleged Samsung insider who has revealed this information claims that the difference between a single-hovering device and a multi-hovering one is tremendous, and that it will change the game in a similar manner as the multi-touch screen did before. I suppose we can expect improvements in the S4 features of Air View and Air Gesture, which were quite revolutionary last year when the S4 released.
Well, these are rumors after all, and only time will reveal how accurate and credible they actually turn out to be.
